| I have MSc in Tropical Resource Ecology from the University of Zimbabwe. Before joining Bindura University as a lecturer, I worked as a forest extension officer and as a lecturer at the college of Forestry in Zimbabwe. I am a visiting scholar Watson International scholars of the environment programme, Brown University, USA. I started my PhD studies on carbon sequestration with the Earth System Science group at Wageningen University. |

My research seeks to understand carbon stabilization mechanisms in agro-ecosystems to determine their potential to sequester carbon for mitigation against climate change.
